Mentor Project Form

Submit a research/creative practice opportunity for the 2020-2021 academic year! Note: At this time, we ask that you include information about how your project might proceed remotely (including remote tasks), should that be necessary. We also ask you to list your mentoring preferences (remote, in person, or either). If you would like to collaborate with undergraduate students in your scholarship, but would like to brainstorm ways to do this virtually, please contact URS Director Hannah Bailey (; 608-262-5884) to discuss this before submitting your Mentor Application. Please submit your projects before Mon., Aug. 31, 2020 to ensure their inclusion in the list of opportunities we distribute to URS Scholars.
